RIP

I note that my buddy Stevo has sadly retired from his pilgering (hehe) over at the Daily Slander. I'm not sure if this has anything to do with his recent appointment at the University of Western Australia, but I have my suspicions. He's always aspired to reside in the ivory towers of academia - to write books that nobody reads, to have debates with other has-beens about things nobody cares about, to massage crap students' failing grades up to a basic pass to justify one's position and maintain the feeble funding currently trickling in, to wear bow ties and tweed jackets with elbow patches...oh! The life of the don!

Seriously now. Congrats on the new position Steve, and perhaps you'll post the occasional rant for old time's sake.
